The plan the team agreed on 23 Oct 2026: keep serving our current clients well, deliver Dharival ERP, and turn the two products we have built into live products.

Build once, sell many times. Revenue that grows without adding hours for every new customer.
Product 1
AutomagicMarketing automation for midsize B2B companies. Already has paying clients, but we run it for them. It needs testing and hardening so clients can use it themselves.Product 2
AsliLeadsA marketplace for verified buyer leads ("asli, not nakli"), sold to vendors per lead. It needs to be finished, tested and taken live on aslileads.com.

Sunday is off. The current block is highlighted.
How we work
10–12 is protected product time. No client calls, meetings or support. Client messages wait until 12.
Finish before starting. Take one step to done before opening the next. Half-built work doesn't help any customer.
Services pay the bills during the change. 12–4 is for doing client work well. We don't let it slip.
Every step has an owner and a date. If nobody owns a step, it doesn't move.
Review every Saturday. What moved on each product, and what is blocking go-live.
What "live" means
A product is live when a real customer can sign up, use it and pay without us doing it for them. Before that, the must-fix issues are fixed and the product has been tested end to end.
